1. Inbound Shipping & Liability Waiver

The Record Loft RecordPlanet Shipping is a consolidation and transport service only. We are not the seller of your items.

Merchant Issues: We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, stolen, or incorrectly described by your original seller (eBay, Discogs, etc.).
Tracking: It is your responsibility to ensure your item is delivered to our store. Our liability begins only once a package is physically received and checked into our facility.
Claims: Any disputes regarding the transit from the seller to our store must be handled between you, the seller, and the domestic carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

2. RecordPlanet Pickup & Abandoned Property

Because we only transport batches twice per year to the RecordPlanet show, our pickup windows are strict.

Pickup Window: You will be notified via email of the specific dates and times for pickup at the RecordPlanet show.
Forfeiture Policy: Any items not collected within the dates of the show will be considered Abandoned Property.
Right to Sell: Abandoned items become the property of The Record Loft. We reserve the right to sell or dispose of these items to recover the costs of transport, storage, and labor. No refunds will be issued for the service fee or for loss of property due to lack of pickup.

3. Missed Deadlines

If your item does not arrive at our store by the published Palette Shipping Date, it will automatically be held and moved to the next RecordPlanet show palette.
